Refund and Exchange Policy

At MarineTech Engineering, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We’re a growing small business and try our best to design and build products that are useful and high-quality. We strive to improve our products every day. If you have any issues with a product bought from our website, please let us know the situation and we’ll do our best to help with either exchanging or refunding your product. Some conditions apply.

Refunds:

We offer refunds on eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@marinetechengineering.com.au to request a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer service team at info@marinetechengineering.com.au to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you a replacement product promptly.

Change of mind:

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including: Custom-made or personalised products Clearance or sale items Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Products Damaged by the Elements:

Our products are crafted from high-quality, UV stable, and heat-resistant materials, designed to excel even in demanding conditions. They are regularly exposed to harsh elements such as direct sunlight, saltwater, and high-wind environments. Although we rigorously test our products in these conditions, ensuring they meet our high standards, it’s challenging to account for every possible environment they may encounter. If you suspect that your product has sustained damage from exposure to an extreme environment, please inform us promptly. We are committed to addressing such issues promptly, whether through an exchange, or a full or partial refund. As we continuously strive to enhance our product offerings, we deeply value your feedback and support in this ongoing refinement process.
